Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• With tags still attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at info@acreto.ca. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.

If you are located outside Canada, return shipping times may vary.

Damages or Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us right away so we can make it right.

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Socks, undergarments, and other personal care items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need:

  1. Request a return by emailing us at info@acreto.ca.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return it within 3 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Bank processing times may vary — if it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, email us at info@acreto.ca.
